Registration opens on April 1, 2025. In the table below, you can find all necessary information on conference fees. Please note that if you are a student, you will need to upload proof of enrollment.

Conference fees will be available in the following categories:

Regular

  • Regular:

    450 €

  • Sleepy Bird:
    1st – 30th June
    550 €

Student

  • Early Bird:

    190 €

  • Regular:

Conference Dinner

A conference dinner is planned for Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at a traditional Austrian tavern (Heuriger). If you wish to attend, please ensure you select this option in the registration form.

City Walks

We will offer organized city walks providing insights into Vienna’s structures and recent dynamics. Participation requires separate registration in the ConfTool form, and places are limited. If you wish to participate in one of them, please make sure to indicate it during the registration. More information on the city walks can be found here.

Accommodation

We have secured multiple hotel offers in Vienna, which you can find on our website. Please note that the Austrian Academy of Sciences is not responsible for booking or managing hotel reservations. Participants must make their own accommodation arrangements directly with the available hotels.
